Room Hire is Redeemed off bill if they hit minimum spend. (If there is no minimum spend - then Room Hire is not redeemed.)

***If you have a DJ - music must be finished by 11pm due to consideration for guests in the hotel rooms not attending the function. Music can continue after 11pm if ALL hotel rooms are occupied by guests attending the function. The DJ must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance by at least a week prior to the event.

We have a PA system that can connect to a laptop or iPod or similar and then they have their own play list through the room's speakers. This will be the ONLY option if ANY hotel room is booked on the evening of the function by someone not attending. This can be used with the volume controlled by the Management Team and the above time constraints apply.

Please inform the guest at the time of booking that they will be asked to provide a contact name for the night and a card on arrival to set up a bar tab. All bills must be settled on the day of the event. We can advise the contact when the tab hits a certain amount.
