- The Abingdon Treasure Trail - Abingdon OX14 3US - 4 min walk
A great way to interact with your kids – it is a self-guided treasure hunt themed treasure trail.
It is a great way to explore the town since you can do it at anytime and there are clues on signs, plaques, and monuments around the town.
It is a two-mile route for all ages 6+ but adults are also able to join in the fun!

It is a relaxing park that is bounded by the Thames to the south – lovely for walks all throughout the day, especially in the sun!
There is an outdoor heated pool as well as an interactive water park in the summer.
You can see the Abingdon Lock and watercourse that was first built in the 10th century.
A nice area to walk the dog in any time of the day.

Great location for a farm shop, garden centre and leisure attractions.
You can stock up on fresh produce and there is also a garden centre/nursery for you to visit.
One of the most popular attractions is the ‘pick your own’ fields with 30 different fruits and vegetables for guests to choose from.
Inside there is a play barn and an outdoor play area for the children – after that, you can visit the Animal Walkway.
