If guest wants access to the room the day before their function (from 6pm); they can book it in 10 days before their function for a deposit of £100 that can be redeemed against the bill. Any earlier than 10 days then it would be full Room Hire and Minimum Spend.

Not suitable for wheelchair access as there are steps and no ramp / lift. If a disabled guest requires the toilet, they will need to go back through the site’s main entrance, through the bar and to the lift to the disabled toilet in the main restaurant.
**We can use a portable ramp to the space - however the building doorframes and bathrooms etc aren’t ‘standard’ - no chord and frame dimensions etc.
